Yoga & Prayer

Walk the path of the Passion through intentional movement and Word. This "Scripture Yoga" session uses biblical narratives—specifically from Matthew 26—to guide our flow. Each posture is paired with a specific prayer prompt or verse, turning your mat into a space for transformation. We will move through a sequence that transitions from "carrying the burden" to "surrendering the spirit," allowing the truth of God's love to take root in a deeper, physical way.
