About the Event
Join us for a Self Care Sunday celebration.
We’ll start with a light chair yoga session bringing awareness to our breath, followed by a panel discussion with two fantastic therapists. You'll also be able to enjoy delicious refreshments and a mimosa bar. There will be a setup for DIY bouquet making and DIY facials for those who’d like to participate, and of course, we’ll have amazing giveaways.
