Cozy Workshop

Let’s get prepared for 2023 mentally, physically, and spiritually. At this workshop, we’ll work on journaling, meditation, starting a regular yoga practice, goal setting for the new year, and so much more. We’ll have a yummy hot cocoa bar with lots of ingredients for you to spice up your hot chocolate. We’ll also have cute journals and cozy furry socks for everyone to take home.
